About 20 years I'm 32 now Didn't get into music like pinback until I heard them in 1999 So I really have been playing about 14 years

Its called guitarist face. The muscles in your fingers and hands are connected, so often when you're focused on playing, your face does that outside of your control. If you try to stop the face, it can mess your playing up.
