Pine tip syrup - Part 1 

At this time of year, pine trees produce new shoots. Collect pine tips and make a delicious syrup from them. In this video I show you the first part of the preparation. I will post the next part in a few days. You don't have to wait for the second part, you can start making the syrup right now.
What you need:
pine tips (3-4l)
1kg of sugar
citric acid
