I love to make Dump cakes! I would open my cans of fruit, & have my full amount of butter cut. Advise what temp to preset your oven, actually dump your ingredients in, shake it a couple times, not necessary to smooth the tops off. Bake it at 350° for 40-45 minutes. The top will be bubbling!

For this specific recipe, I did not spray my pan. It came out pretty easily. You could spray your pan if you like. I don’t think it would hurt anything. Thank you so much for watching ☺️and god bless you

If I wanted to add some dark brown sugar like you do with pineapple upside down cakes where would you put it? Would it go in the pan before the pineapples?
I think I would put it in the pan first like you said and see how that works. I haven’t tried it but I don’t see how you could go wrong with it. Sounds delicious 😋. Let me know how it comes out. I love upside down cakes

Dump cake is so simple my 5 year old with help opening cans make it what takes this lady so long to make a simple dump cake. She must take hours explaining how to make this cake also who put oats? Try a little coconut. So annoying

my niece's son he's 8 years old 🧓 and I are making this recipe this afternoon when he gets home from school. each month I do activities with him every evening 🌃, I am a retired day care school teacher. certain things he loves doing with me and for February my Theme is Zoo animals, .I found a recipe for making little Debbie's pies and that's what I make with him. he loves little Debbie's pies 🥧.

When you open your cans only open them 3/4 of the way leaving part of the lid still attached. This way no one will get a nasty cut when emptying the trash

Ms Becca, I made it. I destroyed it! but it's crunchy and good. my nephew helped me with the icing. I just made small pan 🍳. I'm not a baker. I only had 1 can of crucsh pineapple, and yellow cake mix. I guess I will be the only one eating it.🍰 S

Thanks for the recipe, It looks yummy. I really appreciate the reassurance that you give to folks who might not be very confident cooks. That's a special touch that you have. You'd wondered if there might be eggs in the cake mix... probably not because most cake mixes are actually vegetarian, so no eggs. If you were to use margarine in place of butter, you'll even be able to serve vegetarians & vegans.
