Pineapple cake is one of the most popular cake. I am a home baker and after fusion flavor cakes pineapple is the most popular option which people prefer to order from me. It's simple & refreshing flavor. I have shared this recipe with easiest way so that anyone can make it. I have used canned pineapple as they are easily available in market and it gives perfect taste to the cake. You can use fresh pineapple but some times it's very sour and can affect the taste of cake. Ingredients list :
Eggless vanilla sponge - 1(6 inch size)
Canned Pineapple - 5-6 slices
Whipping cream - about 1 cup
Neutral glaze - 2 tbsp
Yellow and green liquid food colour
Pineapple essence
