I made this it was good.. but i did a mistake i ll share so others wont do it.. i made the batter first and then only started arranging the baking tray.. and I think thats why the cake didn’t rise well.. so make sure u arrange the tray with pineapple and jaggery n all that and then start making the batter. Anyhow it was lovely! Thanks aunty fir this!♥️
I made this recipe today. The recipe was super admirable but mine was a bit underbacked though I baked for the mentioned time. The outer covering was really overbacked but the inner part was watery like .

Anoma my daughter made it came out well but the cake collapsed in the center. can you please tell us the reason. It it because it is a fan force oven the temperature should be refused. Your reply to this is much appreciated. Thank you for your receipies. GB
Dear Anoma, I followed your sponge cake recipe to the T and it came out perfect. I put extra pineapple and 100g more juggary but the sponge cake was copy paste of yours. Today I was the 3rd time I made with double the quantity and it’s just super. Thank you very much. You are a Star👏
