Pinellas County Home Repair Loan Program 

What could you do on your home for $55K? If you make $48.6K or less as an individual ($69.5K for family of 4), you may qualify for a zero-interest loan to replace your roof, windows, AC or other big repairs. The program is available in unincorporated Pinellas and most cities except St. Pete, Largo, Clearwater & Belleair Shores (if you live in these cities, check with them for similar help). There’s also a $20K grant for accessibility projects like wheelchair ramps, railing etc.
