I’m so happy y’all like my videos. Last year I was diagnosed with OCD and Bipolar Disorder and it’s been really hard looking for validation in all of the wrong places. I don’t really know people personally dealing with this(who are aware) and some days are harder than others. Especially with everything that went down in 2020. Anyway so yes the secret is out, I don’t stop squeezing bc I literally can’t stop😂 Making videos was one of the best decisions Ive made. I absolutely love this community so supportive and positive. Sponges have been legit therapy for me when I didn’t have any and I’m so glad I can bring some relaxation or comfort to you. Thank again ❤️
