the real gem in this vid is the knowledge that gets imparted after the test...basically put, you control the club it does not control you. It's what I really enjoy about your lesson vids and these testing vids...you remain consistent in your message no matter the brand/model/price point...ultimately it comes down to the golfer. Well done!

I just bought this after testing this against the new Callaway XR and a Taylor Made. Looks great. Sounds great. Feels great. I was hitting this straighter than the others and while I hit some long drives with the XR this was a middle of the fairway finder.

You have just made Taylormade very very unhappy : ( After watching the video went to get fitted for Ping G SF Tec to see Difference between my Taylormade M1..... Result is my EX M1 Driver stayed in the shop and Ping was in my bag on the way out.... Awesome Video Very Inspiring to get others involved in Ping Drivers....

Great explanation of how it works by accentuating the gear effect on toe strikes. I'd only previously heard about increased face closure, so i've been educated. Thanks Mark. Also, how does Mark ever miss a fairway when he can do that? Skillz.

Hi Mark I love watching your videos on club testing but the average golfer can't spend that much time testing clubs like you do we just pick a club and hope for the best 😀

+Leslie Robertson get yourself to a shop and get fitted for a driver - if you have a decent pro / fitter, you will feel the difference..... warning though, you wil want to spend money immediately!

hey up lads great video.. I took a fitting today for a driver.. swing speed 85-89 and my stiff cobra was sending me mad .. my miss tho funily enough was a big hook or even duck hook, and the first club I tried at fitting was the fs tec ping regular shaft.. instant improvement by miles! spin numbers low and side spin numbers really low!nearly zero most of the time! with a displacement of gamable yardages!lol tried the xr which was "ok" but not hot off the face and numbers not great.. any idea why the sf tec helped me whos path can sometimes be too inside to out?? cheers laceyloopygolfer x

Good review Mark. Lot of poor reviews out there that just don't talk to the everyday golfer about this club. This could be labeled the updated tech K15 that still today is a very popular driver. I've got one coming as I wanted the design properties of the K15. I still have a new K15 that I haven't hit yet!

What did you do to hit it straight...I bought this since I did have the slice and now I'm pull hooking or pull draws...I've tried lowering the loft to see if it would open up the face...how did you override it?

hi mate, just a thought.. try looking at your face to path numbers... lowering your loft id say would only make things hookier and lower flight!:) id sugest you keep your back to the target in your downswing for longer and just let the club fly thru the hitting area...this sf tec driver will square up you wont block it!!;0

He is holding the club face more open at impact, the weighting on this club helps the golfer close the face and as mark already hits a tiny draw this club closes the face too much hence a big draw so as he knows already it will do this he does not allow it to happen obvs he has good feel and understanding

yet another scam from golf club manufacturers, since the launch of the G30, the design engineers at ping now all of a sudden feel that they have made significant gains in club design. . to make another Driver what a crock of shit , , these guys know years in advance what they are doing and marketing decide when its launched . . Companies suck the life out of golfers .. Buy from Ali Express
