Despite the commentary, the Reed tone-arm was not playing. A closer look at the turntable would have revealed that the arm in use was made by SUPATRAC. This was the premiere of the SUPATRAC Nighthawk, an even more uncompromising and slightly less universal arm than the Blackbird.
I rarely get to see these horn speakers, and almost never hear them demoed. I'm guessing that Cessaro has no dealer network in the US? Thank you for sharing this unique experience.
