Nice job! It's so cool that you chose to cover this one, I feel like it's one of the most under appreciated Pink Floyd songs. By the way, if you haven't heard it, Les Claypool does a pretty awesome live cover of it too.

Ugh! Finally someone nails this song! There are a lot of other bass covers of this tune and there is always at least something off. Not the case here. Excellent work! Now I can figure out what I'm doing wrong!

I have watched three videos so far and yours was the best I have seen this played so far I was just at the Us and them concert last night Roger Waters fuckin rocks! Thank you John! This is Sandberg California VM4, the strings are D′Addario EXL 170 (45-100). I learned all of my covers by ear, but if you prefer to learn from tabs I think you'll find them on the internet easily. It's up to your preferences how to learn it - both ways probably will be successful ;) good luck!
Been a Floyd freak myself since I was 12 and IL be 43 next month. Pigs 3 different ones has been one my faves 4 31 years. Floyd is a religion man. Great playing, you sound better than Roger LOL. Actually on the animals tour snowy white played the bass for this song while Roger sang. Of course if you watch Echoes Rodger is a capable bass player but I think his passion was more theatrics. Matter fact Roger admitted on the Howard Stern Show in 2012 that he was only a very basic acceptable bassist. All that rant to say your Bass playing is awesome.
