Love that you showed that you didn't like the initial eye shadow shimmer on the eyelid and that you went over it with another. I appreciated the troubleshooting tip. As a makeup artist myself sometimes I don't like a colour I used on someone and have to improvise. Great video!

mashallah great job and so detailed. also THANK YOU FOR NOT MAKING HER PALE WHITE! i did my own wedding makeup because i genuinely can not trust mua's by me to cater to my yellow undertones and adjust accordingly. i know basic color correcting, i can do my own skincare, and because i work in healthcare i skeeve other peoples hands on me anyway lol. that's why tutorials like yours are so so important. thank you so much!

It’s all about the lighting really and how you apply the highlighter. Try to use a slightly dense brush to apply but then blend out gently. Highlighters I love are Inglot sparkling dust you will definitely get a popping highlighter. Doll Beauty Shine Bright, Mac have good ones too xx
