Hi Red3 - You know I couldn't agree with you more - it's a hauntingly beautiful track, one to really sit and listen to intently and digest. I'm not saying to wail, but to really understand the depth of the lyrics. It was beautifully shot too. thanks so much for stopping by - much appreciated. Have a wonderful Saturday/Sunday and I hope it is everything you would wish it to be and more. Psyche 🙋🏽‍♀️🌹✨

I'm such a massive Pink fan. She's so real and down to earth, no pretenses, nothing but respect for her. I have seen her live several times and she's a real powerhouse and just as good if not better live. She can do really punchy songs and then all these laid back ballads and it's all so beautiful. I also love singers with raspy voices. Both Pink and Rag'n'Bone Man have that nailed down. :) There's this song she did with her daughter, Cover Me in Sunshine. It's such a sweet feel good song, I recommend you check it out. It's a real heart warming song/video. She also just released a new track, All I Know So Far. Looking forward to the film she is putting out as well as the live album.

I love her but honestly never listened to this song until now. I agree with you in that it was brilliant to use the theatre to tie in with what the song conveys. I listened to it twice and he's singing in the past then Pink is singing in the present. With all in the past, not happy with where they are now. This is a really powerful song the more I listen to it. Great reaction and glad to hear you're on the mend.

Your reaction was beautiful. It wasn't with words and fillers. Your reaction was your facial expression. The slight tears, closing of eyes, and the fact that you seemed to deeply understand every lyric being sung. "A true reaction." Thank you

OMG thank you so much, Psyche for doing that and reacting to this wonderful song. Again, everything you say is spot on - the video is sublime; how it mirrors what is happening around theatres due to lockdown and the presence of the animals, I feel, bringing life back in. The symbolism is amazing. With regards to the song, I have suffered badly with depression and sometimes feel I want to be 'anywhere away from here'. But rather than make me feel worse, this song uplifts me and lets me know I'm not alone in that. I adore Pink; she is a wonderful singer/songwriter. The Great Escape is another one of hers I'd love you to just listen to (don't worry I won't hog the requests lol!). I am only just getting into Rag 'n' Bone Man. His voice is so authentic, as is Pink's, and he co-wrote this amazing song. Thanks for the shout-out :D. I hope you are feeling better and much love and thanks again to you. A wonderful reaction as usual. So glad you loved the song and video XX

I can totally identify with that. I've been fighting depression (was coming out of it when lockdown started) in these past couple years. For me it was Billie Eilish, I turned to her music for comfort. Some of the songs are really dark but I found solace in them. I used to listen to her every day and it would make me feel less alone. Perhaps it's something that those who have not struggled with depression can't really understand, that those sometimes dark kind of songs can be a real comfort to those who struggle, because they aren't trying to be happy, they are just communicating realness that is rare these days... it is through them that we can feel seen. People have a hard time understanding what depression is like sometimes. Lockdown certainly hasn't made things easier for a lot of people as it's brought up mental health issues even among those who have never had to struggle with depression. It's been such a different reality these past couple of years (for me personally even longer) and it's inevitable that it reflects on people all kinds of ways. Hope you are doing well Suzanne.

@@soundslike1life Thanks so much sorry I only saw your post until now. I hope you are ok. I am doing the best I can and thanks. It's a struggle and I am thinking about you. I also love Billie Eilish and she's included in my idols and they include George Michael and Pink. They see me through. Take care xx

@@soundslike1life I have ptsd and OCD, so don't ever feel invalidated. Believe me, I have and continue to go to dark places. It isn't our fault though - it's brain chemistry and we are more than this. Take care. And to add for Psyche, the live Brits performance was great

Indeed and I prize myself on completely open to all. However my chosen forms of art, books, music, film affect me to the point of tears at times, I realise people react differently but I could see no emotion.@@psycheinc-theSLC I

@@davidbigley800 I completely appreciate that but we are all different and there is emotion, but if you didn't see it that's ok, because not everyone can tune into another person. The majority were happy but more importantly, it's about how I feel. I can get tearful but it depends on what it is - this was good but not to the point I want to cry. But thank you very much for that.

@@psycheinc-theSLC I can quite accept that. There was, actually, no criticism implied I just could not listen, read, watch this level of emotion without looking like an idiot!
