What a great program. I've seen movies and heard about narcissist people, but your conversation with Anjali Budawatta made things clear about narcissism, selfishness involving a sense of entitlement, and a lack of empathy. I'm sure there are so many people surrounded by narcissists and not recognizable. we think they are so good and perfect people. Now we know they need help. 😢❤
A conversation we need to have from the wedding onwards..actually pre-wedding period. Going further, from secondary education levels. Preschool teachers also need to understand the wider angle on parenting.

Sachini, I mean no offense but I think all men and women are unique in their own ways. We can't grade women like pretty or ugly. Any girl can get hurt if their husband call them ugly and it is not a matter of actually the wife is pretty or ugly. Feeling proud about appearance or expecting our spouse to be also proud is narcissistic. Every girl and boy should feel confident about their appearance but should not be proud. Parents of the narcissistic children are narcissists 90% of the time because it is a personalty trait which takes years to learn and adapt. It is a self-defense mechanism developed by the child to survive their narcissistic parents or primary caretaker. We can't tell a if a person is narcissistic based on the things he/she say.
