TODAY'S RECIPE IS Pink Tea Recipe | Kashmiri Pink Tea Recipe | Gulabi Chai Recipe | Yummy
INGREDIENTS:
Pink tea
Water 4 cup
Green tea 3 pack
Half star anise
2 cardamom
4-5 cloves
Bring it to a boil
Baking soda 1/2 tsp
Aerate the mixture using a ladle for 10-12 mins
Cook until reduce into half
Ice cold water 1/2 cup
Cook for 5 mins (keep aerating)
Reddish pink mixture
Strain
You can store it at the fridge in a air tight pot for 2 weeks
Milk 1 cup
Boil the milk
Pour 2/3 milk
Tea
Sugar to taste
Chopped pistachios
NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
