@@TheHotOnes0 I will! He’s not on social media so I can’t wait to read all these comments to him, he’ll love it. He doesn’t race much anymore but still builds muscle cars!
@@DKLabs99 he did not unfortunately! Him losing and getting his car back was all for the show though. Every time I go back and watch the episode though I’m always like dang he really did give them a lot especially with the car lengths lol
Once an inexperienced driver, now NHRA Pro Mod Champion. Thanks for putting these episodes back out there Brian, so cool to see. I recall recording these early episodes on VHS while at work. Hope the 2015 Rockingham episode will make it on here..
@@HemiSlant6828 Had a quick check to confirm, and it is him. WFO Radio has a 26 min podcast from 7/6/2022 where he very briefly talks about PINKS, specifically the '68 Camaro episode, and his jump to being a pro alongside other things.
This was probaly one of greatest moments of car racing I have ever watched . Please if anyone knows the past future and current stories of both these cars and their drivers please please share !
During the first season nobody lost their cars. They were told to pretend their car was up for grabs. It wasn't until later seasons where they actually signed over their pink slips. The losing of the car was all an act in the beginning.
@@Lankycomedy Yes it was just for show that's why you never see them signing over their pink slips in the first season. There is a guy on Street Outlaws named "Jucin" from Chicago. He was on one of the first episodes and explained how it was all fake.
If your going by street racing rules, the arm drop the guy in the monte carlo won the camaro in race 3 If he wasn't ready he should have sat there but he jumped. So the guy in the monte carlo gave the kid his camro back first.
It's cause their whole plan from the start was to burn him down to hurt the motor and from what I know only cowards do that bs cause their car is slow af🤷🏾♂️🤣
In your head Chase is a race because you watch too much Memphis street outlaws. Chase is a race was never a thing until the production company made it a rule Chase is a race isn’t a rule in any other outlaw show….only Memphis
I cannot believe he just gave his car away. When buddy jumped he won. And every single person who knows anything about drag racing knows; a chase is a race. 😢
I was screaming at the tv years ago when this was on and doing it today on a phone haha. I’d be embarrassed to ask for that many lengths and still complain about it
Remember this was back in season 1 when they didn't actually sign over their pink slips. It was all an act until later seasons so there was no real pressure on losing your car.
That was 100% a keep your face in its current arrangement situation. Something don’t add up with the car picking up that much and everyone watching knew it
This is the episode that made me stop watching. It is so clear that producers are dictating the races here and its not racing anymore, its a drama tv show. So sad it came to this
Everything about this is totally wrong the guy in the Monte Carlo clearly won and stop giving insane amounts of car lengths it’s totally ridiculous ggggrrrr 🤬🤬🤬
this episode should have been over after the race were chris in the red car moved after jeff left the starting line he moved across the start line that is a race
Only in street racing, and even then, not all street racing allows it. If every race ever run was chase is a race, then a lot of cars would have serious unfair advantages. Could you imagine if Bracket Racing had chase is a race? That would be a nightmare.
I love cars. Plus I love to race. This is bull crap. Stop giving people links. They should make sure the cars are even. That's one reason why it's not on TV anymore.
