@@RomelBedrijo-s1f for retirement na kami. I think we have enough na in the Philippines with my wife. Our kids are both US Citizen and we will retire in the Philippines very soon. I believe we will be better off if we will spend our pension there plus few investments that we have like rental properties. I’m just 52 now, in 3-5 years, we will be entering our retirement phase.👍🙏

Don’t say ugly house po, its a very decent nice home, worth it for its price nung nabili nila. FYI po, an ugly teardown house dito sa Vancouver is worth millions of dollar. Just be appreciative of people’s success 😊
