This is a drive from Alabang Muntinlupa to Porac Alviera Pampanga using #MetroManilaSkyway #NLEX and #SCTEX taken this January 2024.

I can’t understand why they even made so many solid lines, when your posted speed limit is only 60/kph, and motorists don’t even know how to follow the rules. Worst, its not even being enforced, its only there to confuse people. We dont really paint those solid lines even at the hairpins and with 100 kph highways on a curve, giving the motorists the freedom to keep changing lanes at will specially if its traffic. Its impractical. Solid lines are usually only painted by the ramps, or in any highways or roads thats dangerous to change lanes or overtaking the vehicles because of the blindspots such as for the oncoming traffics.

That is a very long drive between Metro Manila and Metro Clark. You have seperate tolls to pay with that drive. Therefore, you used RFID AutoSweep RFID for Skyway and EasyTrip RFID for NLEX, the NLEX-SCTEX Connector and SCTEX. I often visit Pampanga but not rarely, but uncommonly. My last time there was right before Christmas Day as my family went there to see other relatives who visit there too and we stayed in The Villages. However, me and my family stayed there for two days and the rest of my relatives stayed there for three days.

I used to go around outside on field this is why I usually have tons of drive footage but now my work requires me to be managing a department and no longer on the field except for special occasions. Even on updates, can no longer go full time due to work. Part of growing old 😅

Really wish they would apply your edited road signs to replace the existing ones. One of my gripes with philippine highways is the lack of standardization of the information signs

On the subject of signage on expressways, I've always found it bizarre how all the northward expressways (NLEX, SCTEX & TPLEX) all use a non-standard font (which seems to be Arial bold or Helvetica bold) instead of either Highway Gothic or the more modern Clearview
