Don't rush yourself. Weight-loss should be a lifestyle and not a mere goal to be reached. Wag mong bibiglain katawan mo para lang makapagpayat in 3-4 months kase baka after ng span na yun bad habits might return kaya start slow and everything will progress eventually as long as you stay consistent because the goal instead is to turn fitness into a part of your lifestyle. Definetly agree ako naman august 2019 starting weight 160lbs. january 2020 goal weight na rin ako 110lbs. Sa ngayun maintain ko na lang ang ideal weight ko. LCIF pa rin plus bone broth (liquid gold) 1 to 2 cups per day para sa healthy joint and gut healing and younger looking skin, nail and hair 😀👍
Never give up, I even put on weight, my weights it was 43 kilos only, now my weight more than 60 kilos, especially now locked up in London. I am also "hoping" to lose weight again. Life is wonderful. Let's keep on "positive"
Poging pogi at macho siguro ang kuya ni ate girl kaya ganun makapanlait. Haha.ang sama naman nila imbes na suportahen siya, ibobully at pagtulungan pa. masakit talaga pag family ang nambully. Nun mataba din ako dati nilalait ako lagi at mas masakit pag galing sa kmag anak.
Dito kase sa Pinas yan yung parang "culture" among Filipino families eh. I agree with you though but if you think about it, because of what her family did (even though what they did was completely wrong), it ignited within her to change herself. Ui, opinion ko lang yun ah :)
