In this video, I walk through the Pinstripe pedals product line and discuss several different tools they make. There can be a lot of confusion on which one may be right for your needs, hopefully, this video helps!
Video Correction
Made a mistake on the DISO+ and MISO, these both balance the signal. The LWDI has high impedance input just like other DI boxes to keep from loading down your guitar pickups where the DISO+ and MISO do not.

In order for it be a convincing selling point you should do an A & B test between the DISO + and a regular D.I. box because there are people in the music business that say you really don't need the DISO + or MISO.

I believe the DISO+ has a little built in transformer on it. Does this give you EMF problems running it underneath your rig? I just bought mine last night. Thanks so much for the content bro!

Recently got an ACS1 so I ordered a DISO +. Looking to learn more about it I found your video. My questions are. What situation would you use the 1/4 outs in? Does the 1/4 out have the ground lift also? Do you still need a SGI box for long runs if I am using a DISO or was that comment only for running a pedalboard to a real amp long distance? Thanks!

The LWDI is more comparable to the Radial JDI than the Radial DIPro.

So I have a Taylor T5z and just built my first HX Stomp Mini Board. Would you suggest the MISO or the LWDI? I primarily play the acoustic setting through some effects from my Stomp, but always want the ability to play electric when needed. And help is appreciated!

Thanks for the info. I just purchased the DISO Plus to go with my HX Stomp. Do you use the XLR out for stereo to the board?

Can the DISO+ also receive two different signals? Like, can i plug in the output of my keyboard in Mono as well as my Strymon iridium (also in Mono) into the same DISO+ unit? I would assume that without switching the Stereo Sum switch, that could work right? Sorry for the long question…trying to not have to spend $500.00 if i really dont have to. Im sure you understand. Thank you for your video explanation btw.

I’ve done it before with no issues. Not 100% sure there won’t be crosstalk but from my experience it worked independently.

On the DISO+, can the 1/4" outs be sent to tube amps? Or is that signal also at line level?

ive settled on the Goodwood Audio Output TX to go mono/stereo out. I normally go out to amps and haven't had an opportunity to run trs out to a snake/foh and just use the stomp for my amp sounds. would you consider this another viable option? do you think Ill run into any problems with this setup? thanks for your great content!

can we use the diso plus xlr outs stereo for the front of house and at the same time the jack out puts in mono to use for a mono monitor on stage?

So I play for two churches one church I play stereo with my pedalboard and hx stomp like you. And another church I need to run mono. And I noticed when running mono with my wet effects in stereo the stomp doesn’t convert them. Would the pinstripe like the one you have be my best bet to helping me sum my pedals and hx stomp into mono? Hope this makes sense lol

I love the DISO for that purpose. The way I’m using it allows me to convert to mono. You can also do a mono gain block at the end of your chain to convert to mono as well.

$150 and up for glorified di boxes? You should demonstrate why people shouldn't just pay $20 for regular DI boxes and use the rest of the money for more important things, like helping the needy.
