The more I watch affiliate videos the more confused I get, I would be grateful if you could clarify if I understood correctly. 1. You are applying for some kind of affiliate program. 2. You were approved and received links to the products you referred. 3 We can directly use the link in our Pinterest Business Profile, or if we have a blog or websites or an online shop, we can enter the link in one of them. And accordingly, who bought a product from one of your links, you received a commission. Sorry if this sounds dumb, my queries, but with so much information for a beginner it's overwhelming. How to build everything together to work. Thank you very much !🤗

Hi Mickey!!! love the video! you packaged affiliate marketing in a very simple and easy to digest way. i had a question......in the video I noticed you mad a new pintrest page just for the keto affiliate. my question is, do you create a new page for every affiliate? is it wise to (for example) to open a wellness page and have different posts attached to different landing pages for different affiliates depending on the subject of the post? sorry for the loaded question but hope you can help. Dear Mikey- I spend most of the day with this 30 minute video following step-by-step, and I want to thank you for that! You laid out all the components of creating a business account with Pinterest getting a link , getting an email going establishing an account with the flodesk… it is amazing how you manage to include all the components for someone to just go. Obviously I have done a lot of. I am imagery in a lot of short videos, but I posted my first today with the flow desk link and the whole 9 yards - you wonderful sharp and beautiful lady! Tomorrow I am going to devote time to develop an email. I could have done that today, but I needed a break… This video is amazing and your charisma is boundless! Just came across this video to get another idea of pinterest affiliate marketing and now i am blown away by this value from the video. I watched a ton of affiliate marketing videos, how to's and tutorials, but this is by far the best structured and Step-by-step video for people that want to begin with pinterest affiliate marketing. The best part in the video that other creators rarely share is where you show how to set up the landing page with the lead magnet and that we must build an email list ( just saw how much money you can make with a newsletter, where companies pay just for promoting a product or through google adsense ads in the mail, in another video). Maybe you do this too and can make a video about that. Other creators often say, you don't need a website and than they show youquickly how to build a linktree or something like that, but in the end it's a website. I'm very happy that I've found this video. You motivated me to go on. Thank you! 🎉

Thank you so much for such an informal tutorial for us newbies. One recommendation is, I think it could be very helpful to show us the finished product before starting with the tutorial so we can understand better how its flowing from a consumer's POV and backend. Or even after the finished pin is complete at the end of video. I never got a good sense how all those moving parts will actually flow as a finished pin with landing page etc. to get the full picture. I would also be interested on a tutorial for Flowdesk if you are considering posting. THANK YOU!

Hi Mickey, thanks for such a GREAT tutorial. I am working on the email auto responder and it won’t let me finish without adding a company address. I’m not sure where to find this or if I can delete the block. It didn’t look like yours had an address. Have I done something wrong? Hi I loved the video thank you a lot. I have a question though, do you make an account for different products because I noticed that the account you chose for the Keto Diet has a specific name, did you do this for the video or do you have an account per product?

Everyone has a little bit of a different take on this but I think it’s fine to promote “similar” products but create separate boards for them. So you could have one Pinterest account but one “board” for separate but related products (I.e. one for Keto meal plans, one for at home fitness equipment, etc). However if the products are not similar (I.e. keto meal plan and dog training) I would start a separate account for the dog niche!

And then once you started making commissions how fast did it snowball to where you were making a good enough income in order to replace a median full time salary/wage? For the email auto responder - after the 6-7 emails you set up to remind them about the offer. Do you interact at all again with them? I have an email list for my Etsy store which I give updates to my shop but I am starting affiliate marketing and thinking do I need to send out an email to those customers as well on a regular if that makes sense especially thinking if I am promoting different products. Does that make sense

Yes I would definitely recommend this! If your email group is all within the same “niche” you can send out “routine” emails after the initial campaign to engage potential buyers and introduce new offers! This is the beauty and the power of the landing page and collecting emails - this is exactly how you build a long term business and not just a one off commission 😊

Thanks for this Mickey!! I have 2 questions: 1) I created my Workflow in Flodesk and I have been testing it by filling out the required info on my Landing Page. The email I created is not coming in simultaneously at the same time the user is redirected to the parent company website. Instead, an email from Flodesk arrives before my Workflow email, asking the user to subscribe - is this Flodesk's version of "opting in" and is there a way to make it a checkbox on the Landing Page instead of an email? 2) What company address/privacy/disclaimer info should we be using at the bottom of our emails? The technical answer is “yes” but I would highly suggest just starting a new one- I think it helps you treat it more as an official business or side hustle. If you do choose to use a personal Pinterest account you’ll need to change it to business, and then optimize is for SEO so you don’t mess up the algorithm- i.e. hide any non relevant boards, change the your names and descriptions to be relevant only, etc

Hi there! So to be honest I’m not sure because I haven’t used FBA myself but I suppose you could have your link go to your Shopify store instead of the affiliate Hop Link. Let me know if it works!
