Middle school left me a trauma of classes I was not bullied but in my head it felt like I was I honestly was friends with everyone all the kids in my classes knew me and well I was an extrovert but recently when I would be in class going infront of the class and sharing projects or being the one to talk left me a trauma I felt like people judged me or they were laughing at me I was so scared that it made me stop going to class honestly I would go but only for some days when I didn’t had to present anything made me relax a little but I didn’t knew it was gonna affect me now in high school Cuz now I can’t go to class I feel so scared and nervous even if the teachers putted me in a small class where theirs less students I still feel very scared and I don’t wanna disappoint my parents but I just feel scared I don’t know how to get rid of the feeling of knowing that people will judge you or that they will bully you I’m scared of classes for some reason if theirs a tip to get rid of this feeling please tell me because I don’t wanna skip class I want to go and make my parents proud 💗🫶🏻✨
Hello! I'm so sorry this has happened to you. Dealing with trauma is definitely hard but I suggest that you get some help! It can be from a professional or just someone who you can say these feelings to. Bottling up emotions and trauma is definitely not the best for your health. I personally never experienced this but I understand your pain. As a person who overthinks a lot, it can be very hard not to think people will judge you or bully you. But I have learned to accept that people will judge me for sure, but that won't last for long. Their judgement is something that I shouldn't care about. I suggest that you should focus on how you see yourself first, work on loving yourself more and do things that makes you happy! Once you've build that self love, you can try doing things that might seem uncomfortable little by little (maybe like reciting in class or making friends for example). You can try just focusing on your goals and remind yourself of those goals when you find yourself scared of going to class. I'm so sorry that I can't help you much but I truly wish you the best!
