Did you know you could make a pecan pie out of pintos?? I didn’t either but you can and it’s delicious!
Pie recipe:
1/2 tsp can’t hum him
2 eggs
1 cup xylitol
1/2 cup Brown swerve sweetener
1/2 cup melted butter
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup pinto beans
1/4 cup Nature’s Hollow Maple Syrup
1/2 cup chopped pecans for the topping
Preheat oven to 350.
Mix all ingredients except pecans until smooth
Crust:
1/2 cup coconut oil
2 eggs
1/4 tsp pink salt
3/4 cup coconut flour
2 tbsp xylitol
Mix all ingredients. Press into pie pan
Fill crust with pie filling. Sprinkle pecans on top. Bake at 350 for 60 min
