i like very much the 79 series i have the PL-560 ,the SA-9800 and the cassette deck CT-F1250 , the RT-909 reel deck ,have the equalizer but never needed it(only when cds appeared trying to correct it´s bad sound, but the RG was very nice to improve old jazz recordings ,the 1980/81 wasn´t so well built but blue displays in all the already assembled 1980 systems had slim amplifiers like the 79 but all other components were plastic sold at the time as X series, i remenber lot´s of people wanting a X-series, the speakers i bought already in 1980 some HPM-1000
Attractive looking Stereo system. Love these blue lights! This is among another of PIONEER beautiful sets. The cabinet is superb. Tower speakers i am such a fan. Great display of the components & surroundings, lightings well done enjoyed watching. 👍🔈🔈🔈🔈💽💿📀
theres a few bob there!, the best components from the back end of the 70s and very early 80s and will never see that quality again!, reel to reel tape deck would finish it off but im still green with envy to be fair ;)
Oh man, you have such a nice system! I had one amp which I enjoyed so much, especially during the night, I loved its sound and the blue VFD glowing in the dark. Unfortunately, I had to sell it when I moved to another country. Such a pity, especially because the one I had was in prestine condition, also I fully reconditioned the electronics (caps, transistors, resistors, pots, all solder joints) and the PCB so it would last another 20 years. Now I miss it so much and I am just watching videos on RU-vid untill I will be able to get another one. I saved your video into my Favourite list, I would enjoy watching it again from time to time. Thank you so much for uploading this and have fun with yours! :)
Zeelands Roem Its a pity that you sold your Pioneer amplifier. After all that work, you should have taken it with you when you left for another country. These models are hard to find now. I also have Pioneer system, but not these models. They are 90's models. The above one's were late 70's to early 80's models. I wish you find another one soon!
Fantastic blue line series from Pioneer but it would be fully completed if you had the Pioneer CS-99A speakers i guess you must know them , i'm not saying your speakers are bad or ungly instead they are very good ,, Canton are great speakers but it's just for the complete Pioneer vintage products . Happy Nre Year and Happy Listenings from your great system :-)
Hi, I have “all” components to build “Blue line” rack . Rt-909,CT-F1250,TX-7800,CT-F950,RG-2,DT-500,SR-303,SG-9800and SA-8800 . How to connect them in ONE system? Please help ,where I can found Schematics for wiring . Thank you very much! Best regards! Very nice video!
Do you mind sharing how you built it? Also, how did you get your Cassette VU meter to go active without playing a cassette? I don't see the Record or Play button depressed. @@gml6454
Amazing video.....anyway I have very similar configuration. My biggest problem is how to connect them all correctly...RT909 CTF1250 SA9800 SR303 and RG2...If you can help me with some photos or diagrams maybe? THANKS
Хорошая коллекция. Но хочу напомнить, аппаратуре нужна вентиляция. Либо непродолжительное время работы. Исправить ошибки. И сохранить технику ваша задача.
Hello, can you help me if possible about components hook setup? I have SA7800 + SG9800 + TX9800 + CTF900 + SR303 and RG2. if possible can you help me; how can I connect these? Thank you very much.
