The best looking receiver ever this one. Immaculate condition. I had the SX-636 back in the 70's. Great sound I remember but am sure the 737 would be even better.
Super nice! My only gripe with this model is that Pioneer didn’t include pre-out main-in jacks with it. Would make the perfect control amp / tuner for a big system with an external power amp.
did you just pick this up? if you dont mind me asking what did you pay for it? i have a guy local to me selling one for 160 and was wondering if its worth picking up? i see it only has 35w per channel which doesnt seem like much. in the vid though it sounds pretty good which is interesting. being the watts are so low. is 160 worth picking it up? i love the look of these. the black w the blue and the vu meters is just killer to me. the 3 series to me is simply the best looking hands down. any help is appreciated as i know nothing about these old recievers.
