Dumb. Nothing can be a stalker killer. Stalker is the original and the game series that has started this genre and style. Nothing can kill it, and no game will surpass stalker gamma. It just won’t happen.
7:22 website says there will be a extraction shooter PvEvP area/gamemode like marauders/tarkov/the cycle/the division 1/dark and darker Does it say in plain English pay to win monetization? Even tarkov is not that bad in terms of pay to win if you are insinuating this game will have a monetization plan similar because Russian devs/eastern games typically have pay to win as normal culture in most of their games Red flags -Russian devs with independent launcher instead of steam release
Good feedback, I gotta anticipate this kind of stuff in future videos. It doesn't say pay to win on the website. It says players can take the loot of other players. The question is, if a player takes my loot, do I actually lose it? If so, how do I get it back? Pay to win games usually have a mechanic like this, so whoever pays the most or more frequently gets to dominate in pvp. So yes, I'm skeptical about that. To be fair, I'm incredibly skeptical about many games because I have PTSD.
@@Sly_VincentI love that you found that deep dive on the political angle. Very unique information I doubt any other RU-vid would have covered Very interesting Ukraine vs Russian dev teams Fun conspiracy but personally I don’t think it’s anything to real to read into
Not gonna lie, while ti seems Stalker tried to stick to established vibe of the zone, this one feels like a total mishmash of vibes in various showcased areas, it kinda clashes, too, so this seems more focused on pandering to tacticool combatfans more than developing the atmosphere stalker is loved for.
"Controversial " is that S.T.A.L.K.E.R game is based on novel "Roadside Picnic" by Soviet-Russian authors Arkady and Boris Strugatsky, so that political shit from GSC looks very funny.
If they stated that there will be PVP zones whats the fear? You go in if youre ready to risk it, high risk high reward. This puts in place some kind of gear grind, so you can risk part of your gear but have a safety net to not lose it all. If they have a good and frequently updated anticheat, i dont see a problem with pvp zones, you dont want to risk it then stay on pve zones, simple as
Stalker is not the intellectual property of Ukrainian developers. The Stalker game is based on a book by Soviet writers the Strugatsky Brothers. To avoid lawsuits, the game was named not Stalker, but S.T.A.L.K.E.R. The game is in the style of Stalker, but a little more fantasy setting. A game with a story mode and an online mode. It is planned to be released in early 2025. Now the developers are fixing bugs and working on balance and improving the network code. And yes, I'm waiting for the Pioner.
