It has it. Maybe you just havent noticed. When I was a child I had to choose between surfing and BB, and I had no doubt on choosing BB for the exact reasons you mention. The standing board has too many limitations and doesnt let you feel the ocean as deeply.

Mike was always my favorite Bodyboarding surfer I grew up in Puerto Rico watching his videos in Hawaii and me and my friends we used to go to Rincon, los tubos, Sibucos, Palmas and many other beaches to practice his tricks, is because mike that i became a surfer im 41 now and I'm a Police office but i still leaving the surfer life !! I love the beach and surfing. During my college years I destroyed my right ankle and those old injuries have left me unable to surf. So now I am a looking forward to try bodyboarding.
Why does it seem like they all taking off so far to the end of the wave? Surfers seem like they bomb pipe SO deep and like all these guys barely in um.
I'm not sure, but I think he mightn't be able to post certain footage because certain brands have the rights to the footage and if it is the case it's going to be all the good footage.
