I dont think ive ever seen a winter with soo many insanely good days at pipe. Big gnarly second and third reef days, intense ruler edged first reef days, buttery backdoor days. The pipe masters scored several perfect days. But flash back to the entire month of december spitting at weather maps and writing this winter off as "the sheddiest eva eva!" lmao! Another sick video brada mahalo!

You guys are stoked. This winter has been the worst winter for surf in So Calif in my 40+ years of surfing. To make it worse when it is barely ridable it's just absolutely packed so hard that it's not even worth it. Winter of 2021-22 will go down in history as the shittiest winter in O.C. without a doubt. Watching your videos is self inflicted torture.

That beautiful wave just keeps pumping. Grand dad Ho, Slater and others are getting old, but the wave keeps coming, new everyday. The surfers keep coming and doing amazing things. I still have to wonder who was the first to take the drop and make the barrel.

Well that was kinda odd. That set that came in around 5:30 came in from a completely different angle giving it almost a wedge like peak. But yes that, nut draggers I think you guys call them, claim was just great. Hell I think if I was out there on a day like that, NEVER, I'd of done the same shit. RLTW 3/75
