How to Replace Windows in Piper Arrow: After some debate, I decided to make installing new windows into the plane part of the Piper Arrow interior renovation project. So I bought and installed 6 new side windows. I opted for 3/16" thick to replace the original 1/16" ones. This will add to the soundproofing and I also opted for a very slight gray tint and some extra UV protection.

Manufacturer was Great Lakes Aero:

VERY happy with the windows - great fit and very well packed for shipping.
I actually ordered from Knots2U:

The windshield (which I did not replace), and the large side windows were the same price from either, however, I did later notice that the smaller side windows are actually cheaper by ordering direct from Great Lakes Aero.
Vampliers - these are a incredible tool. Extremely handy on a project like this because of so many often old stripped screws. Invaluable!
