For anyone confused, piper’s dad left her, when she was young, by choice. He later returned to have a conversation a few years ago. He chose to stay out of her life.

For people who didn’t know her dad ditched her and her mom when her mom was pregnant with her and they scheduled a meet up to meet him and he didn’t show they tried again and he did come but she only talked to him for a couple minutes. Hope this helps.
This happened to me too just my dad ditched my mom they never met up again they got devorced my mom had to get two jobs and my nana had to watch me and my brother bc she could not afford a babysitter and now they don’t talk and I don’t really talk to my dad either and I feel uncomfortable around him

Piper you don't need a dad to be who you are because without having a dad you have learned how to be independent we love you with or without a dad and will always be there to comfort you when you need it

Lots of kids go through this including me. What hurts is if it’s your absent father or mother not giving you a chance to heal, and they dismiss the pain and hurt and loneliness they caused you as a young child. It’s sucks

This is so terrible, and im so sorry this had happened to you, people on the internet can’t understand that saying somebody is fatherless or motherless is actually very very harmful to somebody, words and actions scream the same volume, maximum. My dad passed away tragically due to health standards. I know its hard to deal with stuff like this, it’s gonna be better :) don’t worry piper, it’s hard to have someone you thought u loved walk out of your life, or even pass away. Really depends, since I also grew up without a father. Me personally, I don't care if somebody calls me fatherless as I did not know who my father was at all. Nor do I care. Also, I'm very sorry for your loss ❤
My dad abandoned me at the age of two....then he died a in 2019. It didn't hurt but sometimes I wish he had the opportunity to know me. Stay strong. God speed.

For this who don’t know,when pipers mom got pregnant with piper her dad didn’t like the sound of it and wanted to get rid of her before she was even born and she spent a few years with her dad I think I’m not sure and then after that his dad went on and moved on and she said her mom and friends are the ones like family to her💓

My mom or dad have not left me,but they always fight and get divorces and go back together it’s so annoying how they do this to me and my little sisters

I feel you… My dad left me when I turned 2 and my mom died in a car crash. He didn’t want to have to take care of me. I was adopted by a great big family and I’m loving my best life. 😢❤
This is for the people who don’t know So basically pipers dad 👨🏼 left her mum 👩🏼 when she was pregnant 🤰 with piper , all of pipers friends had dads except her She would try meeting him he canceled 😞 she knew her dad wanted to always be a singer 👩🎤 so she became one her dad still wasn’t impressed She even drew a picture of her family she done her mum herself she was about to do her dad then she quickly changed it to Levi Levi didn’t notice the pain in her eyes So that’s why :( sorry piper Oml stop fighting about it believe what u believe in your head
