1 ½ tsp vanilla extract 1 ¾ cup bread flour (sifted) 1 ¾ cup pastry flour (sifted) 1 tsp baking powder 1 ½ cups butter (softened) 1 cups caster sugar 1 large egg 2 tbsp milk In bowl, combine both flours and baking powder. In large bowl, beat butter and sugar with balloon whisk until light and fluffy. Add egg, milk and vanilla; mix well. Gradually add flour mixture to butter mixture; mix until combined. (Use batter at room temperature)
I Assume the person who is piping this isnt his channel so you may not get the recipe....or the answer for the size of the nozzle...hence why people have been ignored

in the video, he said the base mixture included butter, shortening, icing sugar and egg white. However, why your recipe that you give me use "1 large egg"?
Anyone make these. The video says egg white the recipe says 1 egg. Strange. Also the recipe is on here just click on the little down arrow on the right above.
@@earlenemoon3076 You posted a recipe for meringues. The cookies in this video are bagged butter cookies. You can use the same technique to pipe meringues, but that's not the recipe that was used in this video.
You are not replying to the questions re: piping tips i.e, size and brand. I find the #'s are different by each brand. What size tip and brand as well as what type of bag did you use.?
The recipe lists one whole egg, yet in the narrative of your video, you refer to egg white. Can you state which it is and if it is egg white, how many grams?
