If you are new to playing cards, welcome! Playing Cards for the most part make for a very affordable hobby. Of course there are decks that expand beyond anyone's budget, but there are always new and cool decks being produced by very competent companies. I'm trying to rejuvenate the Playing Card collecting culture, so please help me expand it by subscribing and sharing my videos with other new collectors!

This is my favorite Theory11 deck. It’s stunning! My favorite cardistry deck at the moment is actually the Tally-Ho Plum Blossom deck. Love it. And for 8 bucks.

They don't glow. They are just white, which reflects the violet light. Any playing card with white on them, which is most playing cards, will do this. This seems like an odd thing to showcase.

I do a black light test on all my showcases. And there are white cards that have no glow at all either.

@@nextgenspawn Then they aren't a vibrant white. The whiter it is, the more light it will reflect. Why is this something you are showcasing? You showcased a completely unrelated coin that you own and the cards black light reflectivity. It's like showcasing if paint will stick to to the cards or measuring the conductivity of the foil. They are things that most people don't care about. Important things to highlight are things like bend resistance, material ( plastic or cardboard ), thickness, or shuffleability, which are things that you didn't even mention.

Cause I showcase the cosmetics and the art of the cards. Which blacklight sensitivity is something people are interested in cosmetically. I don't really discuss the quality because we live in an age where all high end cards have great quality with negligable differences and they should only be commented on if the decks handling is bad. That's like talking about knives and saying "yeah, it also cuts paper real nice" like no duh. And I mentioned a coin because it's part of of the creator/viewer dynamic. I'm a friend, not a critic. If you want a full detail on shufflebility or on how good the cards are, then go watch a reviewer channel brodie. There are alot. Or better yet, buy the deck if it peaks your interest and do your own channel. You seem to know what you're talking about, so do it. You might actually get a fan base. These are showcases, not reviews 🤷‍♂️

@@nextgenspawn Fair enough, but know that a showcase doesn't mean 'cosmetic only'. Showcases typically demonstrate quality and functionality. It's basically the same thing as a review, but without expressing an opinion or rating of the product. If your video title suggested that it was a cosmetic showcase, then it would fit the description. It was like tuning in to a developer's showcase for their new game and they only show you their graphics and don't talk about gameplay or story. Then at the end of the showcase, they switch the graphics to black and white mode because they think it's something people want to see.

@@vvhitevvabbit6479 👈🏻This guy is an idiot I guess he doesn't understand the history of UV card stock going back as far as the first custom decks... not to mention how some decks have this as a primary feature and others a hidden one you just have to love it when people comment when they have no idea what they're talking about 🤣
