What a beautiful town Piran is. Piran is a small coastal town located in Slovenia, Piran is located between Italy and Croatia. we were only in Piran for a few hours so we didn't get to see the whole city but I can tell you that it is very small so 1-2 days would be enough to see what this city has to offer.
We rented a car from Ljubljana and drove down to Piran, the trip took only 1.5 hours so it is possible to drive down to Piran and be there for a few days if you are in Ljubjlana. Piran is also the only place you can swim in the ocean if you are in Slovenia so if the opportunity is there then i think you should spend a few hours in this beautiful coastal town of Piran.
