He loved her, and she loved him. But they were from two different worlds. She was a fair maiden, the daughter of a rich merchant, and he knew he was but an outlaw cast into the sea, not bring able to stay anywhere long. He knew they could never be, no matter how much they loved each other. She was soft and sweet and oh so graceful, he was incapable of truly loving her, he's seen too much, horrid things, so much so his heart turned black. Still he remembered when they danced and nothing else mattered, when he kissed her on that night, under the canopy, under the stars. It seemed like a lifetime ago. His heart is longing, longing for something that cannot be, happiness, love, her. It seemed just out of hands reach, but he shall long forevermore. He looks back on the docks, and sees her for the last time as he sails of into oblivion and the mist of the cold morning air shrouds her until she is nothing but a memory.

The young pirate gazed out at the dark sky. A storm was coming and that meant bad for the crew and the ship. He sighed, casting his eyes down to the gently rippling navy blue waters. His love was many feet below the shoreline, and it was unlikely he'd ever see her again. She was a mermaid, you see, and she had been mistreated by his kind. She feared them greatly and rarely surfaced. Out of the corner of his eye, he thought he saw an iridescent silver tail undulating underneath the waves, but it turned out it was just a refraction of light on the water. Heavy-hearted, he turned away from longing and back to his shipmates. Years later, the mermaid surfaces, her keen eyes searching for her beloved. She realised she'd treated him wrongly and wanted to set things right. Swimming to his home, she looked up to an open window with a soft light coming from it. A woman stood with a human baby in her arms, rocking it to sleep. The mermaid was then distraught to see her love come over and kiss his wife and child. He looked out and saw her, his eyes filling with surprise. She looked down and understood. He had moved on. It was no less than she deserved.

My favorite part in this whole part is when the violin kicks in with the piano and when it all comes together its like a explosion of notes touching your heart and making you feel like the waves of the 7 seas can take you away and you just lay there as you hear the beautiful music

I never would have thought about making a pirate love song. That's really creative. Also, I really enjoyed listening to it. It's lonely and melancholy tune is haunting and powerful.

I have been cast away for my entire life. Oppressed into submission, I must run from my own life, never to stop. Never to look back. My ship sails across every tempest that comes its way, and now it is sinking. Do I let it sink? Do I throw away my life and soul, and submit to my pain, never to feel such pain again? From hearing this, I made up a lil story: Once upon a time, there was an ugly pirate, and a beautiful maiden The pirate loved the girl, but thought he wasn't as good as the girl's lover, and gave up on her ..But the girl never said she didn't love him.. The girl decided to search for the pirate, but evil men trapped her One day when the pirate was looking at the distance, he noticed something floating atop the waves -it was his precious love, covered in blood He picked the girl up, carried her to the deck, laid her down, hugging her...but she didn't wake up... the pirate cried out with sorrow...'why?...' he said, resisting the overflowing tears as staring at her motionless body...her voice that won't reach out now quietly smiles... 'the love I always denied is now gone forever... if she's not alive, I shall die too... I want to be with you always and forever' he said, grasping her hand..then he took his sword with his right, his left holding the hand of the girl... he stabbed his black heart...he made one last wish as the blood painted the floor crimson red, like the sky at that dawn Every dawn, you can still hear the desperate voice of the pirate's soul crying above the sea - may he find his peace...

I had created a pirate queen based on myself who loved an English naval captain based on my fiance. She wouldn't leave her ship and crew, and he wouldn't betray his loyalty to king and country, so they could never be together. I lost the parts of the story I had when my old phone got damaged......but hearing this don't brought it all back in my memory. Sigh. So lovely. Perfectly captures the pirate queen's loneliness as she looks out across the sea, thinking of her faraway love.......

He sent jewels, gold, and many valuable gifts, but none did she treasure as much as the note claiming that it held a kiss for her. One night, she left the note on the side of her bed, so when her father came to kiss her goodnight when he came home from work, he opened it and read it with great furry. She was hung the next morning, for refusing to confess anything about her lover. When the pirate received this news, his crew raised their sails- and attacked. For pirates become pirates because they are murderous, and unlike others, will not hide it. This was not a love story. This was a tragedy. Jk i don't right lol

When I first heard this song, I was very pleased with what I was listening to but remembering something that I have nearly forgotten. This is true. My cousin Imanuel was hanging out with some friends of his on The night of Christmas Eve. They went to his friends house. They got into a fight........…one of them had a gun. A pistol and shot him straight in the heart. That was the last I heard of him this reminds me of that Christmas night. God bless you

(Read this while you listen). It is a sad day today, because the princess is gone. Her lover, Captain Blackbeard, is lost in his world now. He has no hope, no love, nothing without her. She was the light in his life. He was her rescuer. They were the most beautiful couple the world has ever seen. Now there is no light at all. It seems that she was the light for everything. When she was found in her room by a servant boy, dark ominous clouds rolled in and never let. Now, Blackbeard sails the open seas alone, and without a princess. She looks down on him, wishing she could return... but she can't. Now, there is no hope, no love, no light... without her. Now... the world is dark, cold, and alone.

It was in his possession at last-the treasure he had fought and killed for to hold in his hand. A Black heart shaped music box. He didn't care if it was cursed..the black heart shaped box was all he had desired in his quest to free her. It was said that the soul of a sorceress inhabited the box and it was instant death to anyone opening it. But he knew better. There was indeed a soul in the music box, but it belonged to the love he once knew, cursed and trapped within and only he knew how to break that curse. His were the only hands that could free the soul of his love from her prison. Surely, it would not bring death to him lest he open it. Only those with black hearts perished upon the opening of the music box. His heart was dark, yes..but not black. The pirate King reflected upon this and hesitated. Slowly, he opened the box and the tune began to play..a tune from their past which made it all the more ironic. Or did everyone hear a different tune when they opened it-one that meant something to them? That was irrelevant in his mind. What mattered was freeing from captivity the soul of his love....

A heart as black as the starless sky. Eyes cold and unforgiving like the arctic seas. Greed has consumed his soul; the soul of the devil, they said. But oh they couldn't be more wrong. His heart match the beauty of her depth. Eyes that have seen many things to make the strongest of men insane. There is no greed in his soul other than his longing of her. The music,The picture it just makes me Want to believe that someday the pirate era will come back it's funny thou because a lot of other people want that too and know the danger that comes with it but still want it because they want some action, something to happen that can be exciting and dangerous at the same time but in some other ways it seems impossible sadly

There it falls again, the rain falls into the sea. There it falls, on to a woman's body. But she was no ordinary woman. No, for she was a mermaid. A mermaid waiting for her lover to return from his sea voyage. That lover be a pirate. She sits there, on the rock and stares out in to the horizon, waiting and wondering where her jolly sailor bold may be. But there, she sees the ship With a smile on her face, she jumps down from the rock and in to the water where she swims to the ship. Closer and closer she gets. Excitement is swimming off of her. As she gets to the back of the ship where the captain's quarters are, she hears a noise. Laughter to be correct. She looks in to the big window and sees her lover. A smile blossoms upon the woman's face. But soon, that smile falls as she sees the pirate grab another woman and kisses her with so much love that she knew that he did not give to her. Still watching, she sees him lay the other woman upon the bed and the next thing she see and wishes she had not is him making love to that woman. Heart break begins to form and tears flood from her eyes. Her lover, that man, no, that pirate! How could she have fallen for someone like him? After all this time, she realized, he did not love her. He used her to get to what he wanted. He wanted the underwater treasure. He wanted his greedy hands on all the gold. Thinking to herself, 'How can I have been so stupid. A pirate would never love me. For all I am is a mermaid. Pirate kill us cause we lure them to their deaths with our memorizing singing. Stupid Stupid Stupid!!' With one last look to the window, the mermaid sees that they are still making love and with that, she swims under the water and swims away to be never heard or seen from again. For who could ever love a mermaid?

When you're dead, but still feel the wind in your face and you see the sun and you look above you. The clouds are dark and the birds are darker than the sky. You know that you don't know the way, but the wind give you the way too a rest and peaceful place and you look at your deck and you cry and your tears fly away, just like the rain on a stormy day. Rest in peace my soul I hope you will find your peace.

She has everything you could ask for, right? She's the daughter of a wealthy merchant but she's unhappy. People don't get why. She's rich living the comfortable life never having to lift a finger. She wants more. She wants escape. She wants to be herself and not the image and reputation she has to keep up. One night she sneaks out to take a walk along the beach. That's when it happens. A pirates ship is docked, hidden in plain sight. A single pirate is sent out to scot the surrounding area. That's when they meet for the first time. They spend the night talking, laughing, and sharing stories. They keep this up for a month when he breaks the news that he's leaving. He asks her to come with him but she knows she has to stay. The next night the raid begins. Screams of fear erupt everywhere. Homes and shops ablaze with fire. Bodies strewn on the streets. She goes to see what's going on though she has a feeling she knows what it is. She comes face to face with him. She knows understands what makes a pirate what he is. A black heart with a matching soul. He asks her to come with him one last time but she puts up a fight. His captain comes in wearing a smirk. He is ordered to kill her. He complies. His gun fires and she falls to the ground a bullet through her heart. His last words to her I'm sorry. She breathlessly replies I should've known you had a black heart but even then it wouldn't have done much good. Even the blackest of souls isn't completely evil. Even the blackest heart is still capable of love.

The two lovers are finally together forever and ever and ever......

As she turned, she struggled to keep walking. Her body now acting on what her mind and soul knew; that theyre are likely never to see each other again. After a night full of pasion and fervor, they met at the docks to part without a word. Both scared that their voices would crack under the preasure of an unknown future. Childhood lovers, now called to their separate ways.

Bright and beautiful and bold, She called the ocean home. Nothing filled her cold hard heart with more joy than sailing over blue seas and under dark skies. One day, this was bound to change, as she found a man who stayed on land. Although she was a pirate well and true, he stole her heart and pulled her love from the deep dark blue. Alas, as a pirate is prone, she broke his heart and dove back into her home. When she returned from pillaging and burning and taking what wasn't hers, she found another woman in her love's bed. With a storm overhead and a harder heart, the pirate woman tore both apart. Boarding her ship, she called her crew, and set sail to somewhere new

Unsheathing the same sword that had been used to turn my heart dark, I plunged it deep into her stomach. She let out a shriek of pain as beautiful ruby blood poured over the obsidian blade. The hunger I had felt was sated and as the love of my life fell to the ground, pale and frail as a winter's morning, my body began to change, matching the Black Heart of the Niurial Sea. We were once one body, man and wife. Now we are one soul, one blood, one eternity. She was mine, and now always will be.

The ocean waves crashed against the rocky beach, across jagged rocks and broken dreams. She lay there, her back against the cold, cold sand. In the dim light of the moon, the fair maiden could just barely make out the silhouette of a ship with ripped masts, floating out to the nothingness of the sea. The ship slowly faded away, carrying away the one love of her life. The sky seemed to darken in grief as a silent stream of tears rolled down the maiden's cheeks. Distant thunder rumbled, as the young girl weeped, her once golden lively heart blackening into a cold, ugly stone.

I imagine a pirate captain who became immortal, throughout the years, decades and eventually centuries that passed he became a legend, he enjoyed and loved his eternal life, he had the ship he loved, the woman he loved, but as time progressed he one day found that the passage of time had cost him dearly. I imagine he sails a calm sea near twilight while he leans on the rail of his ship staring to the sea and pondering the one thing that he had loved and lost and would never be able to get back: The comrades he had, the adventures with other ships of wood and canvas in the age of sails, his own world that had vanished, eroded with time's progression.
