I personally hate CGI and green screen but they put the $$ into it so it didn't look cheap it looked real. I steal prefer the campy old school of the 70's and early 80's and puppetry. To bad Puppetry is a dying art because it looks better than any computer can come with because it will always look that way. I just think it's over used.
It’s because they used as many real props and effects as they possibly could, only used cgi when necessary and didn’t rely on it. That’s what makes it so great.
WOW! I love seeing behind the scenes of Pirates Of The Caribbean! And of course I love seeing Johnny Depp as Captain Jack Sparrow!😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤💛💛💛💛💛💛💛💛💛💛💞💞💞💞💞♥♥♥💕💕💕💜💜💜💖💖💝💝💝💙💙💙💙💚💚💚💚💜💜💜💜💜💛💛💛💛💛💛💞💞💞💞💞💞💞♥♥♥♥♥💖💖💜💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖
Unironically one of my favourite movies of all time. They just don't make these kinds of pure adventure genre swashbuckling epics anymore ...I'd take another one of these bonkers adventures over another mass- produced superhero film any day.
I really think the first 3 pirates movies are the best. Really good trilogy and finishes off well. I wanted them to make another 3 movies but the sequels feel very disjointed. I do like dead men tell no tales but it still isn’t as good as the first 3.
The fact that the actors had to hold their breath underwater(some being tied) and them holding on to the railings of the ship while they try to tip it over (one could easily break their rib or back if they fall to the other side), Johnny Depp's masterpiece acting while creating many Jack Sparrows while in Davy John's locker, Special Effects team coming up with innovative ideas while creating certain complicated scenes, and the thing which surprised the crap out of me was, most of the Flying Dutchmen was created with Man Labour and not special effects. Just WOW!!! Also credits to Depp and Davy John's stunt double having a duel on the narrow wood piece of the ship. Very well done. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻. Never thought such scenes which showed up on the screen for only a minute or two took months in the making. (I was upset that no one talked about Jack the monkey🐒)
The people behind the lenses and I have to do all this work need more credit! Of course the actors are amazing they show up they do their lines but it’s the movie Magic that gets me
💞💞💞I want to specially appreciate you for being a big fan for your nice comments on my post it means alot to me I want you to send me a direct message via Google chat using my personal email or you can as well indicate below also endeavor to add your name to the text so I can know you are the one texting because I don't reply unnecessary messages Google chat mail: johnnydepp6003@gmail.com NB:Do not send an email,I won't respond
POTC series always make me feel travelling with the characters in an 18th century world... lot of precise details was taken care by verbinski to bring that feel for all..
@@lox9777 There is a 4th movie called On Stranger Tides and doesn't have Elizabeth or Will. It's about Jack finding the fountain of youth. Then there's the 5th movie which takes place after Elizabeth and Will's son Henry is grown up. He works with Jack on a mission. Both movies are pretty good and I recommend watching them.
@@jds1fan242 I thought you would have understood, I was ironic. It's like the last 3 star wars, I prefer to ignore their existence. These 2 suites are just 2 money machines with no love or creativity behind them. Pirates of the Caribbean 5 is arguably in my top 5 worst movies ever made. I don't understand how they could have made a film with Johnny Depp but without Jack Sparrow. Because I don't know about you, but personally I haven't seen Jack Sparrow in that fifth movie, just an idiot, not even funny, which Jack Sparrow never was. In short, as Star Wars I love the first films so much that these sequels hurt my heart I prefer to forget them. They are just money pumps with no soul or desire to do well. So yes, for me and many others I'm sure, pirates of the caribbean stops at 3. After if you liked it, good for you, each to his or her tastes
(We need some films that expand with the characters being expanded upon, some run offs). Similarly to the “Vader” film, they could totally keep the “pirates life” going, just take a left turn... Johnny Depp needs to go make a comedy with Will Ferrell while the tangent films and come back to make 4 pirates films
Parts of the Caribbean is one of the best Walt Disney Pictures movies of all time and Johnny Depp is my favorite fan favorite playing the infamous character of the infamous pirate Captain Jack Sparrow. Throughout his journeys for other parts of the Caribbean film series hopefully he will return my next year for Johnny Depp. But I know you're not making any more movies today for 2022 for Johnny Depp's appearance doing to what happened to his marriage divorce. Hopefully we'll move past us by next year and I'm excited for Johnny Depp's return to the movie business. Play is the squash buckling Jack Sparrow. Action packed Cinema masterpiece. Film series I have never read the books but the movie was a good film this to be very honest and deserve to Spotlight and Walt Disney's Hall of Fame and Oscar award-winning films. My favorite movie of all time
Nada que decir,un equipo excelente para una gran gran pelicula como ,Piratas del caribe"extraordinario y majestuosa interpretacion de todos los actores .👌👏👏👏🌷
This was actually a really cool video, most of which i haven't seen before, and i watch a lot of behind the scenes, especially for pirates. This is one of my all time favorite movies, and it is my favorite trilogy hands down, they should bring back gore verbinsky if they do more.
I want to know how in the last P.O.T.C film, when Salazar is explaining how Jack killed him, is the younger Jack a different actor or did they CGI Johnny to look younger…? Because if it’s a different actor then he really does look like Johnny!
