Very atmospheric. Takes me back to when I'd ride Pirates 2-3 times in a row as a kid--exit and then run around and get right back into line. Yo Ho Yo Ho a Disneyland life for me. I don't know how my parents let me get away with it.
@@georgiakvte Yep. Pirates, Haunted Mansion and Injun Joe's cave were my fav's. My dad would indulge me the first two but he refused to go into Joe's cave. I think he was a closet claustrophobic.
@@sailingtwd2ndlife Yep. Two steps from the exit to the entrance. I'd quickly run around and the guy at the door would do a double-take and say, "Didn't I just see you here 10 minutes ago?" And I'd say "No. That was my bro. We're triplets." Don't know if he bought it or not.
I always nod off on this ride. Also embarrassing note: up until I was 12 I thought the Blue Bayou guest were animatronic 🤦🏻. We didn’t have a budget for that kind of meal so I guess I just never paid attention and assumed it was a scene for the ride
