Dbacks shouldn't have to pay PUK for a pitcher. Obviously there's a disconnect with the Dbacks teaching it all thru the minors. They should hire Roger Beshens to teach the minor league pitchers his Football Slider. There's no reason for pitchers to fail with it like Cecconi and Henry. All this can be weeded out even before AAA.
