This sounded so familiar to me.. I finally decided "I'm out" last march! And I stuck to it!! 😅 It took me several attempts 😢 😑 Trauma bonds are so incredibly freaking difficult to break. Especially when the person you're dealing with is enabling your Illusions and delusions for their own gain. Drip feeding you just enough to make you want more. It's difficult to recognise or even hear.. never mind, trust the little inner voice inside your head that's saying urgh yukky red flag alert.. run!! When your abandonment issues and ego are determined not to let your love giving fail.. oh boy! Internal emotional confusion so easily rules the show. It's difficult when you've invested so much time. So much Love Hope and Energy into pouring all your love into a black hole that only reflects a glimmer of love back. Mirroring.. In desperation, it seems so promising, but it never gives anything near to real love and satisfaction back.. Sadly It's just a big fat hollow lie Self-love is the key. It's easy to say. It's not so easy to do.. I've been there Love yourself enough to stay away. Stop telling yourself you can win and stop investing the illusions. Stick to the evidence, i.e., reality. Journal the facts. Read it when you slip back into the dream Take it one day at a time. Like any addiction. If you slip and go back. You can start again with no shame. Forgive yourself Hush that inner critic Keep going forward and try very hard not to look back. No reminiscing, ok Get help if you need it. There's no shame in therapy.. Hopefully, one day, you'll love yourself more than that awful black hole of a person.. throwing your love away and exhausting yourself Tell yourself you deserve more.. you deserve to be loved honestly sincerely wholeheartedly. You'll feel so much better if you direct all your love into yourself I guarantee it 💯 % Then be proud you are now in a peaceful place and that you are successfully healing yourself🧘🏼‍♀️😮 Slowly learning to trust your inner voice. Respecting yourself. Knowing what healthy boundaries are. Implimenting them. Living a happy life I am.. Still learning Still growing Single But much much happier in every aspect of my life. 💗✨️🙏

If you get triggered, step back and take a moment to calm your mind (this is an act of pure self-love) Silence is a great defence. Regularly make a habit of taking time out for yourself every single day. A calm walk on your own, a bath, sitting alone with a hot drink.... Soothing moments.. Reprogramming yourself to love yourself takes time and patience 🙏 I made a picture "love ♥️ yourself" and stuck it on the fridge door! Sending you BIG hugs 💗🙏🧘🏼‍♀️

@anachina78 You are most welcome 💗 Stay strong, and keep on loving yourself always. Eventually, the negative past will fall away like a dream. Your future will be much happier if you keep on loving yourself first. I now use the 6 for me 4 for you rule in all relationships. That way you can still give but you will never feel depleted again. Learn to say nope, not today! 😁 Follow your gut. Avoid, side step those people with red flags Be happy, be loving, and be forgiving. Loving yourself is beautiful and magnetic. When you master this, people will naturally be drawn to you. Some will be negative, even bitchy but that only shows their own deep wounds. It's nothing personal. forgive them and move on. You'll be okay without it, in fact, better than okay because you'll put all that energy you were wasting, back into you. You just gotta break the cycle of giving to it. It's kinda like feeding your cash into a pokie machine, throwing good money after bad and thinking well I can't stop now, I've fed 10K into this machine, if I stop now I will lose my investment. A couple of hours later you pumped another 8K into it, and you're still waiting, still hoping for the machine to pay out. It's just a bad investment, and your better off stopping at 18K and accepting the loss and move on. You'll be grateful in hindsight that you kept your losses at 18K because it could have been much worse. ♥️🐠💪🏽

I would describe it as meeting same old people but not fitting in anymore. Really I fell the difference on energetic level between me and my old environment since I started healing. But still I force myself to continue having connections with them, even though I feel empty around them. Just yesterday I decided to leave that environment earlier just because I felt that I’m totally not feeling well. When I came back I felt guilty because of the sort of family shame, but first time I felt that I chose myself.. I’ve been people pleasing and trying to fit in the environment that is foreign to me for so long and I’ve neglected myself so much

He was very hidden in plain sight for a long time. I always just thought of him as a buddy. He likes the friend version of me who is different than the girlfriend version of me. Hi me I’m the problem it’s me! The friend version is fun and funny! The girlfriend is a tell it like it is pain in the a$$! It ain’t so fun when I’m pissed off! I’m contributing to the problem! Hi Ali! He’s a great guy! We want different things! He wants a marriage and a soulmate. I love the soulmate part, but I don’t know if I will ever marry again. The person I married turned on me, and that was a crappy experience I don’t want to repeat. He would also bring out the things that would push some buttons in a very big and bad way. Specifically the stuff I’m trying to heal. I don’t want to have the beyotch switch hit on a regular basis. I am too different from him in my outlook on stuff. I thought when I married that my husband and I were on the same page. Then we drifted apart. This one would trigger too much from my current experience. That is why I know I will need to leave. I am now looking for someone that has the same boundaries and is touchy about the same stuff I am! This way there are nice clear boundaries, and not a bunch of discord. There are certain parts of my personality that my husband weaponized and used against me to be cruel. I’m not interested in having those qualities brought out on the regular. I know me, and I know what triggers me. I am to a point where I want peace and happiness the majority of the time. Back to it………

Holding on to his potential but know this will not be granted. I caved last night after hearing from him. So back to square one. Can’t get him out of my mind and heart…. I gave it 8 weeks of a pause. I texted today what I realized was creating a major intuitive block and energetic stagnancy for me. I had a heavy heart for my harsh words at the end. The message today was well received. I understand, honor and respect what he needs to do and is doing for himself, by himself. The releasing|forgiving of resentments on my end and offering sincere apology for what I needed to. I did it for my own integrity and because I hope it helps him, too. Preceding no contact I spoke truth to the deeper realities that he needed to hear, & from me as someone who cares unconditionally, even if\when from a distance, it may have impact. Though that is not my business, nor inherent right to know. This reading spoke with such resonance to me from 10 years ago who would have (and did) handle previous connections to the point that my ex almost had me convinced “tenacious” was my real name. lol, don’t know if this makes sense, but thank you so much! I literally took a week. This morning, I really wanted to reach out, then this popped up. Normally I watch the new uploads lazily, and then watch the current time frame with more care. This one stings, because it's hitting exactly where I am. The break for a week, even with my moment of weakness, really is quieting my mind enough to hear my intuition. And now, I have these moments where I feel the anger, but my intuition is coming along to explain to me why I feel that way and why it's ridiculous and I need to calm down and trust myself and my choice.

yes this resonated!!!! I tried !! God did for me what I couldn't do for myself.... HE BLOCKED ME. he was being jealous, saying if I get attention on FB already "why mine".. he said when he have women all over his FB page and post smh. I still showed love regardless. he would say things to me making me look as if I have all these men and boyfriends... when I didn't... but he show other women love and interacted with them. when it came to me he was always angry... wow!! he ask me to visit him, see him etc etc so in order for that to happen you have to give attention. so I ask him is this the type of attention you speaking of when ppl on your page showing you love (I said).. He blocked me I think he wanted to do that anyways saying I was drama because I don't agree with him... etc and he want me to chase him.... I tried being nice and sweet and compassionate .... it was one sided!! he would leave me on read.. and then say (I miss you) etc.. NOT REALITY!! He block me and it hurt me deeply.. its been almost a week now and was ignoring me for months off and on and then he'd gaslight .... I deserve better!! he mad me feel bad after it was done and said as if I done something? Narcissist . I AM OVER IT !!! I've been away for awhile and in my current relationship, been trying to give myself ultimatums, for my own peace. Tonight my partner was late, past midnight...then almost 2 am, rolls in...and it happened exactly a month ago too. This is for me. The message to stop and go another way...not abandon myself.
