Try a little tea tree oil for your nose. Just a little drop on the tip of your nose and the back of your neck. That should help with the itching

I am such a Big fan and hesitant to post because you are a pro at the heckle…and I’m sure you already know this but I believe when you channel it releases the same type of chemical that causes the nose to itch after taking an opiate. Your nose itch is a sign from whichever guide you normally work with-that way you always know it's the same one, and not another impersonating them. Our guides each have their own tells in addition to their energy signature. You could try asking your guide to switch their way of letting you know it is them.

@@bluerosetarot I'm sorry to hear that they wouldn't agree to switch their tell. My sympathies on that one. Maybe the nose tickle is meant to tell you something in addition to their signature, maybe they want you to pay closer attention to your breathing? Like work with breathwork more via belly breathing. Most of us have very shallow breathing because we breathe from the chest instead of the diaphragm. It's amazing the difference it makes though.
