its all in your head, muscle reflexes with brain. I dont know how old this guy is, but young people have reflexes much more then old people. But... not always , if body is kept in shape, brain kept being fit, you can go a long way. Youngsters dont think about danger to much, hence "rookies" As soon you get thinking, your lost. Its the feel, exitement, adrenaline rush. I still have this with 54 years of age. Coool video!!
