I love how chefs (especially bakers) can throw stuff together like it's so easy and simple, but they create not only beautiful work of culinary art, but also mind blowing deliciousness 😋
Easy???!!! Of course it's not EASY. it can be very simple, but nobody just DOES this... especially rolling doughs... I was going to just like "thumbs up" this absolute food porn but seeing how this 3 or 4 days long process, possibly longer, of precice timing and discipline, training, pride and the most epic level of give-a-f*ck your pillsbury tube buying self can imagine, is called EASY... REQUIRED word... Well done Sir.! Beautiful. Thank you for sharing.
@@jenniferanne327 who in the actual f*ck are losing your shit on? Are you not a proficient reader? I was commenting on how such an expert and experienced chef can make something so complex and complicated look so easy, and not only that, BEAUTIFUL and mind blowingly delicious.... Tf you shouting about? 🧐
Out in middle of nowhere Southeastern WA, USA,.. we drive out of our way to a bakery in WALLA WALLA, WA, just to get their Pistachio croissants,….. our favorite!!!!!! ❤❤❤❤
All I can say is, this dish is even better than it looks, and the background music is even better. The combination of these two has come out beautifully. 🌺 ✌🏻

I can only imagine the flavor and I wish I was there to eat it in person. That vibrant green though? Luscious. Amazing. Stellar!! It is true that you eat with your eyes!
@@Kennit632Must be a very sad view. In France historically the best chefs were nearly all male. In northern Spain, they have all men's clubs--usually over 40 and married--that get together to drink and experiment with new cooking techniques and recipes, then have a feast after. Very convivial friendly gatherings. And you know what? France and Spain have among the best foods on earth.
@@danmur2797 historically, women weren't allowed to work, they had to take care of the house, and the children. So back then, when the "chef" job was getting some attention and some prestige, no women could apply. But every french or spanish male chef will tell you that they learn from the best : their mother or their grand mother. And that their recipes are actually not theirs. So the fact that most chefs are men is just another patriarchy consequence in our world, it doesn't correlate to their talent. It's just deeply and falsely anchored in people's mind that "good chef"="man" and "everyday cooking" is for women. Somehow, if a woman makes pasta it's food, but if a man makes pasta it's art. 🤣
@Kennit632 Um no, no, and no. Many top chefs in France and Spain experiment to create new dishes. Although they may love their mother's cooking, that's not what their creating or serving, particularly at Michelin rated restaurants and those that serve molecular gastronomy. It's equal parts science experimentation and art. That's true in both countries. In addition the men's clubs in Spain also experiment creating new dishes to feed the other men at their meetings. It's like a class slash meeting. And actually these clubs exist particularly in the Basque country because they are a very matriarchal culture, and the men get away to their clubs for conviviality to be in the company of other (straight) men who happen to love cooking and experimenting with new dishes. Your comment was full of assumptions.
@@danmur2797 Was that homophobia at the end of your comment? 🤔 Are you french? Because I am. Women haven't been in majority amongs the gastronomy chefs because of their lack of skills, but because pro cooking has been a male domain specifically because men have kept this to themselves, not allowing for a long time women at higher status. And also, let's be honest, because when a woman cooks, people think it's normal/logic and are not impressed by their actual cooking skills. Because society has included that mysogenistic logic in the way we think. The same way people think pink is a girly colour.

I love pistachio flavored desserts. Especially ice cream. They look delicious and very festive for the fall and winter. I'd love a box of the croissants with a hot cup of cocoa or coffee.
