Just wanted to tell you that when you click the link to the recipe it doesn't take you to the recipe your site is too much with adds and busy very difficult to even buy from La Bottega. You should do something about it

RemStell I feel just as you do, my mom has dementia, I take care of her and live with her, she is from Sicily on was an amazing cook...I wish I would have watched her recipes because she forgot most of them now, but we still try
