Ok we got a lot better as far as shooting goes I'm excited for this season, Trajan bringing real players in and in good salary deals, now we need to concentrate on defense and rebounding we need another real big a 7 footer that can come in rebound and block shots!
GREAT NEWS Per John Hollinger· Senior Writer, NBA It appears the Pistons might be signing Simone Fontecchio into their room exception, which is $7.98 million. Doing so would let them remove the $5.2 million cap hold on their books for him and replace it with a $1.1 million cap hold, effectively giving the Pistons $4 million in additional cap room with which to work. The Pistons would renounce his qualifying offer as part of this; depending on the exact specifics of Tobias Harris' deal, they should have about $30 million in cap room now.
I’m a Clevelander born and raised, however, I will always root for Detroit teams, as long as they’re not facing my hometown teams. We’ve both suffered enough, I want success for both markets.
He came in the Klintman deal but Moore is going into year 3 I belive. He might possibly play in summer league and training came but I doubt we see him on the day 1 roster.
@Jamar-lg9ob I would be on with that. But isn't he going to cost more? And can we get him without giving up one of our young guys. I do not want to part with any of our young guys. Not for an old dude. They need to develop. Detroit will never be good if we keep giving up on the young players.
Earlier today i saw Landry Shamet became a free agent. Hes a career 38% three point shooter who the pistons could pick up for cheap too. I know at some point were going to have too many bodies and not enough minutes. Might already be looking at that problem.
Agree on taking Whitmore over Ausar even though Ausar is an asset on defense . Drafting Clingman over Holland wouldn't ever be smart, not even when playing video games, which I don't play. Unfortunately, Clingan is just another Plumlee replica, which is an adequate player, not a difference maker.
Problem is we need both a stretch center and a defensive center. Stewart can play the stretch role and a PF in big lineups but we need a defensive center until Duren learns how to play defense.
@@scottwickett1273because he's a bench player he'll never be a starter on any decent team in the NBA.. if he's really the 2nd best player on the team you have a huge problem.
@@rashadm.1976 I definitely agree that Stew being the second-best player on an NBA team says more about Weaver's horrific failures than it says about Stew!
Dirt cheap. Trajan is balling. I am a bit disappointed Miles Bridges was had for 3 year 75 and we easily could have done 3 years and 80. But this offseason has been nice. A roster with tons of shooters and devoid of bigs. Complete opposite of Troy's tons of bigs and no shooters.
