@mykamitchell I believe cannonically Tiger Lily Cookie is missing and hasn't been seen for a long while (practically years) and Princess Cookie ran off without word for a long time as well. While they aren't desperate for a princess, Princess Cookie displayed an unreliability for being a princess. If you add that Pitaya Dragon Cookie is putting pressure on her, you can see why she would want to find someone to become future ruler.
