It's definitely the decision here. You want to use better tools and spend more time on seasoning the griddle, or do you want to not worry about the griddle at all and use subpar tools? I'm a lazy bastard, and I'd screw up a nice rolled steel flatop probably. Not at first, but at some point it'd get a little dirty or rusty and then I probably wouldn't be cooking on it for a few months. This is great in that regard, just wet a soapy sponge and you're in business no matter what.
You know I like this flattop! I love my Blackstone,..but you know,..I want it all! LOL By the way, all your cooks looked great, even the one's you said were failures!
Thank you Paulie, thought it would be cool to give a review and at the same time show how a real cook actually goes. So dark these days and night time videos don't come out as great I don't think. But what're you gonna do I guess, keep plugging away!
