Bought the platinum yesterday and shaved my head. While it’s not as close as a razor it’s pretty spot on. I noticed there are 3 different blades and according to a thread I read somewhere the Carver blade offers the closest shave so I’m going to try that and report back.
A Quality review as always... I'm still very happy with my Pitbull gold pro and thanks for your shavings Tips like wetting the bottom of your neck. I always get shaveburn at sides of bottom of the back of my neck cheers jay 😎
Thanks, Jay. Good to hear from you. When I say about shaving wet--I do mean with a shave cream too (you probably mean that). I'm surprised you still get razor burn from the Pitbull as the skin usually adjusts, but you could just be more sensitive than most. It might help by putting a good balm on that area after that contains something soothing like Aloe. Thanks again for your comments 👍
@shavingadvisor I was looking at this too but I don't see too much of a difference in order to justify the cost. However it does look sharp and the diamond case is nice too
@mr3000gtman Yes, you are right, and as I say in the video, we can buy the case and rinse stand for 30 usd. I really like the rinse stand mostly for just sitting the shaver on--it is useful. I think both of them items for 30 usd are not a bad deal. Let me know when you decide on what shaver you get. 👍
Yeah. I have used and reviewed the S9 Pro here shavingadvisor.com/electric-shavers/braun-series-9-pro/. It's definitely one of the best facial shavers (pricey, though) . Thanks for your comment!
@@shavingadvisor oh ok nice. I am looking for a good head shaver that doesn't give a lot of razor bumps , would you say this is the best or is a remington rx7 good enough. Thanks.
