To be honest, I followed brighton at first because of Mitoma. You know, he's asian, I'm asian, so I am proud of him. But then, after watching a couple of brighton's matches I fell in love with their football, and although Brighton is inconsistent(win,lose,win lose,win) I still will support them even if Mitoma will no longer be around.
It makes me proud as a lifelong Brighton supporter to see different and new supporters backing the Albion- don't worry if Mitoma leaves, the Brighton scouts sure know how to pick out a player
I also started watching Brighton because of Mitoma 😅back in January when they played against arsenal (they ended up losing 4-2) I remember how amazing Mitoma was in the second half, like he was a menace to arsenal!!! Later I figured out he was the Japanese player that made that controversial assist in the World Cup, which cemented my reason to keep watching. Since then, I’ve grown to love everyone, and now I think I can say even if our best players leave, I’ll keep supporting Brighton !!! (Although it will hurt to see them leave ;( ).

Hopefully with Brighton getting better and being able to qualify for better leagues, the club would be able to hire new players that could replace the ones they'll lose.

Mitoma gave more than 10 chances to Enciso, just like he assisted Ferguson. he tried by himself only twice. As long as Enciso wants to use Mitoma as a servant of him, no point for Mitoma to stay in Brighton. But Ferguson is different . He implied “ if you want to be assisted, you should be prepared on the right position. “
Brighton club executives and the head coach tried their best to keep Mitoma. If he still insisted on leaving the team for a transfer, there must be a reason. May not get along with certain players, causing him to want to leave
