I initially scheduled an appointment for 12/10/22 @11AM for the package totaling $440 for my boyfriends birthday. Today @5:30 pm my boyfriend was in a car accident and all of our weekend plans had to be cancelled. I called them to cancel and the man on the phone rudely said “oh my god” under his breath. I asked him was something the matter and he said we always need 24hrs notice and I asked him how would I know this terrible incident would happen 24 hours prior. I told him that was insensitive and he said “well I didn’t know it was an accident or whatever”. How would you? Then he said”I’m just trying to be nice to you”. Then asked did I want to change it to another day. Ofcourse not. Clearly this place isn’t about “wellness” but more about money and not being inconvenienced. I’m a blogger and I plan to share this terrible experience with everyone. He claimed his named was Eddie and that he was the boss. Don’t waste your money, time or effort.
