Nice video 👍🏻 You said pivottables(1) sets to first pivot table. It actually sets to last pivot table created

@@VBAA2Z but if you have 3 pivot tables and use set pt= activesheet.pivottables(1) it will refer to the third and last pivot table created and not the first

@@VBAA2Z I'm confused. I know index 1 will always refer to 1 PIVOT table. In the video you said it refers to the first pivot table. But if you have more than 1 pivot table on a sheet it doesn't refer to the first one. It refers to the last one created. I.e. pivottable3 if you have 3 pivot tables

Daz - I stand corrected. thanks for pointing that out. ActiveSheet.PivotTables(1) refer to latest pivot table created.

Teacher thank you very much. excellent video. please i would like to know if it is possible to disable The right clic mouse button on shapes or slicer with vba. I found a way to block the right click on the worksheet, but it doesn't work for the slicer. I would like to disable it to avoid deleting the slicer CAN you help me please ?! Many Thanks

Great video, Pamai. When you add by hand the Period in the pivot table columns it also adds the Years and Quarters, but if you do it using vba the Years an Quarters are not added. How can you add these using vba?

Thanks Elio. Simply use AutoGroup method. example below. pt.PivotFields("Period").Orientation = xlRowField pt.PivotFields("Period").AutoGroup
