Just a tip Jamie, you can use a tiny bit of water to make the fondant stock to each other (it acts as glue)....

I haven't started watching the lastest seasons of the great british bake off yet - I'm SO sad about Mary Berry and Sue and Mel leaving! Normally I will binge watch the seasons the second they come out, honestly, but the massive amount of change makes me so nervous.
