pixel 4a proximity sensor not working 

No fixes, I had to return the device back to the seller. Looks like it's a hardware issue.

Same here with my pixel 7 pro it's been 4 months now

On my Pixel 6a proximity sensor is not working too, as well as adaptive brightness. Have you fiund how to make it work?

Same with my pixel 4xl 😢
